Step 1: Add items to Shopping Cart
View the item’s details by clicking on the product. Add items to your Shopping Cart after you have decided on your purchase.
Step 2: Checkout
Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. If this is your first time shopping with us, fill in the billing details and you will have the option to create an account. As a Registered Account, you will be able to keep track of your order status and be entitled to special offers and promotions. If you already have a Registered Account, log in with your email address and password.
Step 3: Billing Information
Enter and review your billing information
• Name
• Address
• Email Address
• Contact Number
• Shipping Details (if you are shipping to a different address from your billing address)
To prevent delivery errors, please fill in your address in full and avoid abbreviations. If you have any special requests for your order, do add comments in the field provided, and we will try our best to accommodate them.
Step 4: Payment
You will be redirected to PayPal to make payment by the following methods:
Credit Card/ Mastercard / Visa / AMEX / PayPal All payments will be in Singapore Dollars, and credit and debit card payments can be made with or without a PayPal registered account. You will receive an email from us after you have placed your order. In addition, you will receive an email from Paypal once the payment has been confirmed. Note that payment via Paypal requires that you enter your postal code.
Step 5: Confirm Order
A summary of your order will be shown when you confirm your purchase.
Step 6: Delivery Method
Your order will be delivered after payment has been cleared.
If your delivery address is outside of Singapore, we will mail out your order via your chosen courier service provider and you will receive an email from us once the parcel has been mailed.
